Effective August 1, 2022 the Cigna HSConnect STAR+PLUS / MMP Provider Portal is no longer active. Cigna stopped participating in the STAR+PLUS Medicaid Managed Care Program and the Cigna CarePlan (Texas Medicare-Medicaid Dual Eligibles Program) as of January 1, 2022.

If you have a question concerning a previous Cigna Member, claim, or appeal you can contact Cigna Provider Services at 1.877.653.0331, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
