The states listed below have issued state and local emergencies for several counties. Please allow access to Medicare services for customers in impacted areas. We will provide additional updates as received. The declarations will remain effective until further notice. If we do not receive further notification, declarations will expire 30 days from the issue date. For more information read the following notices:

Georgia Provider Notice – The state of Georgia has issued a State of Emergency effective 9/12/2018 due to Hurricane Florence.

District of Columbia Provider Notice – The District of Columbia State of Emergency has been terminated as of 9/14.

Maryland Provider Notice – The state of Maryland has issued a State of Emergency effective 9/10/2018 due to Hurricane Florence.       

     
South Carolina Provider Notice – The state of South Carolina has issued a State of Emergency effective 9/8/2018 due to Hurricane Florence.

North Carolina Provider Notice – The state of North Carolina has issued a State of Emergency effective 9/7/2018 due to Hurricane Florence.

Alabama Provider Notice – The state of Alabama has issued a State of Emergency effective 9/4/2018 due to Tropical Storm Gordon

Mississippi Provider Notice – The state of Mississippi has issued a State of Emergency effective 9/3/2018 due to Tropical Storm Gordon
